1 Definitions and Interpretation
The following words and phrases are used with specific meanings in these Terms:
- "Platform" — The pk55 website, mobile version, and all associated digital services.
- "Member" / "User" — Any person who has created an account on pk55.
- "Account" — A member's registered personal account on the platform.
- "Balance" — The amount of money held in a member's account (real money and bonus credits are shown separately).
- "Bonus Credits" — Additional gaming credits provided by pk55, usable subject to specific conditions.
- "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to place a specified amount of bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- "Terms" — This complete document and any supplementary policies published by pk55.
2 Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and use the gaming services on pk55. Registration is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21. This service is for those aged 21 and above only.
2.2 Registration Process
You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account. The following details are required:

2.3 One Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, or IP address may result in all accounts being cancelled and any held balance being forfeited.
3 Account Management
3.1 Login Security
The security of your pk55 account is entirely your responsibility. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
pk55 may request documents for identity verification at any time. Required documents may include:
- Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
- Recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
- Payment method verification details
If verification is not completed within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.
3.3 Account Updates
If any of your personal details change (such as mobile number or email), please notify pk55 as soon as possible. pk55 is not responsible for issues arising from outdated information.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are currently supported on pk55: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank).
4.2 Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method)
- Only deposits from an account registered in your own name are accepted
- Deposits through a third party are strictly prohibited
- Once a deposit is successful, it is generally credited to the account instantly
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours
- Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
- Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete
- Bonus winnings are not withdrawable until the active bonus wagering requirement has been met
4.4 Transaction Limits

5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
- Example 1: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
- Example 2: ৳22,000 deposit → ৳15,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳37,000
5.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not combined with the deposit.
- Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = total ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses are only usable for gaming on the pk55 platform and cannot be withdrawn directly
- Each bonus offer applies to a member once only
- pk55 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if fraudulent activity is suspected
- Bonus terms may be changed at any time; the latest terms will always be published on this page
- Weekly cashback applies to VIP members at the Bronze, Silver, and Gold levels (up to 0.3%, 0.7%, and 1.0% respectively)
6 Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play
pk55 ensures a fair and transparent gaming environment for all members. All games are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The outcome of every game is entirely random and unpredictable.
6.2 Technical Issues
In the event of a disconnection or other technical issue during a game, pk55 makes every effort to restore the last valid game state. However, the result recorded on the server will be considered final.
6.3 Sports Betting Rules
For betting on any sport including cricket, football, and kabaddi, the odds published on pk55 are final. There is no opportunity to change a decision after results are announced. pk55's decision on bet acceptance is final.
6.4 Game Cancellation and Refunds
If a game is cancelled for technical reasons, the bet amount will be returned to the member's account. In exceptional circumstances, pk55 reserves full authority to make refund decisions.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk55:
- Playing games or placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Placing artificial bets with the intent of abusing bonus benefits
- Unauthorized access to or hacking attempts on another member's account
- Participating in money laundering or illegal financial activities
- Intentionally exploiting any technical flaw in the platform for personal gain
- Harassing, threatening, or behaving offensively toward other members
- Placing bets on behalf of a third party or attempting to control outcomes
If evidence of participation in any of the above activities is found, pk55 may immediately close the account and forfeit all balances.
8 Intellectual Property
All content on the pk55 platform — logos, designs, graphics, software, text, images, and databases — is the intellectual property of pk55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable law.
Members may use platform content for personal and non-commercial purposes only. No content may be copied, distributed, modified, or republished without prior written permission from pk55.
The intellectual property of content from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, etc.) belongs to their respective organizations.
9 Limitation of Liability
9.1 Nature of the Service
pk55 is an entertainment gaming platform. There is no guarantee of financial gain from gaming activities. The outcome of all games and bets is uncertain. Members use the platform with full awareness of this risk.
9.2 Technical Disruptions
pk55 will not be held liable for losses caused by internet disconnection, server maintenance, third-party service failures, or other technical issues.
9.3 Third-Party Services
pk55 uses software from third-party game providers. pk55's liability for any loss caused by errors or issues on their platforms is limited.
9.4 Indemnification
If a member violates these terms and causes harm to pk55 or its officers, the member shall be obligated to compensate for that harm.
10 Account Closure & Suspension
10.1 Closure at Member's Request
Any member may request account closure by emailing [email protected]. Any valid balance remaining in the account at the time the request is processed may be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable terms.
10.2 Suspension by pk55
pk55 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- Evidence or suspicion of a violation of these terms
- Suspicion of fraud or fraudulent activity
- Failure to provide verification documents
- Operating multiple accounts
- Abuse of bonus policies
- Suspicion of financial irregularities
10.3 After Suspension
If an account is suspended, the member may contact the pk55 support team via live chat or email to clarify the matter. The member will be informed of the decision once the investigation is complete.
11 Privacy & Security

14.2 Severability of Terms
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
